Beat FAQ

After the payment has been processed, you will receive an email with the ability to download you files.

Each beat will still contain the intro tags, but tags throughout the rest of the beat will be removed. If you would like all tags including the intro tags to be removed, feel free to email us for negotiations.

We accept Paypal and credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

Unless you have purchased an exclusive license, the beat will remain in the beat store. You can always upgrade your license down the road as well, just shoot us an email.

Yes you can! If you ever run into any issues, feel free to send us an email and we'll help out asap.

Yes we do! Our in-house audio engineer Kadi Yama has almost a decade's experience providing mixing and mastering services. If you are in need of his services, feel free to fill out the contact form in the FAQ/Contact Us page on the bottom.

Sample Kit FAQ

The paid kits on our site are royalty free for online beat leasing and small (under 1 million stream) releases. However, once a release has reached over 1 million streams, the loop must be cleared and the royalties / publishing will be split fairly. Free Kits are not royalty free, and will require even splits upon publishing.

Yes! All of our loop kits, drum kits, one shot kits, and midi kits will work in any DAW that accepts MP3, WAV, and MIDI forms

All purchases are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By purchasing, you are agreeing to these terms. The reason we cannot provide a refund is that once a digital good has been downloaded, it cannot be revoked.

You'll be provided with a download link right after purchase. In addition, we send you a confirmation email with your download link so you can download it later if you want.

Merch FAQ

If a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement. Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and let us know the situation. We'll be happy to accommodate.

We greatly apologize if your shipment did not deliver to the correct address. Contact us should a package go missing, and we can help with the situation.. We do not provide reshipping or refunding due to carrier errors.
